TSTA Membership Disclaimer & Terms

Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method on file, and by enrolling, members authorize recurring charges unless canceled in accordance with these terms. All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment, and early cancellation prior to completion of the initial term is not permitted. After the initial term, memberships may be canceled at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the active member unless otherwise stated, such as guest passes. Monthly sessions do not roll over and must be used within the active billing cycle, and any unused sessions, guest passes, or benefits expire at the end of each month. All bookings are subject to availability, and priority booking access does not guarantee specific time slots.

Members are required to follow all safety rules, range policies, and staff instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. Participation in training activities involves inherent risks, and all participants must complete a signed waiver prior to participation. True Shot Training Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

TSTA reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or program structure with prior notice. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and merchandise discounts may exclude limited releases or special-order items. Guest passes are limited to one use per guest per month and must be used during the member’s scheduled session unless otherwise approved. By enrolling, members agree to all terms and conditions set forth by True Shot Training Academy.
